1) Scope and Responsibility

Momento PDKS Mobile is used by employees who access institution-authorized data with accounts provided by their institution.

Accounts are not created inside the app. User accounts are created and managed outside the app by the employer or institution.

Requests for account closure, access removal, and data deletion are primarily handled by the relevant institution or data controller unit.

2) How to Submit a Request

  1. Contact your institution’s authorized HR, IT, support, or data protection unit.
  2. Clearly state whether you are requesting account access removal, deactivation of app access, or deletion of applicable data.
  3. Provide enough information for verification, such as institution name, full name, username, employee/personnel identifier, and the type of request.
  4. The institution reviews the request under its internal procedures and applicable legal obligations, then informs the user of the outcome.

3) What May Be Deleted or Deactivated

  • Access to Momento PDKS Mobile may be removed or deactivated.
  • Institution-approved user-related application records that no longer need to be retained may be deleted, anonymized, or archived according to institutional procedures.
  • Support or request records submitted directly by the user may be deleted when there is no continuing retention obligation.

4) Data That May Be Retained

Some data may not be deleted immediately upon request. This may be necessary because of legal obligations, employment-related recordkeeping, payroll or personnel records, security or audit logs, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or system integrity requirements.

Any data that must be retained is kept only for as long as required for the relevant legal, contractual, security, or operational purpose and is then deleted, anonymized, or restricted in accordance with institutional policies.

5) Backups and Additional Retention

After a deletion or access-removal request is completed, copies of some data may remain in backup or disaster recovery systems for a limited additional period.

These backups are removed or become inaccessible as part of the institution’s normal backup rotation, overwrite cycle, or technical retention policy. Data remaining only in backups is not processed for active use.

  • Contact email address or phone number
  • Request type: account closure, app access removal, data deletion, or information request
