Momento PDKS Mobile is an app that enables the data stored in the institution’s database and made available to personnel by the institution to be viewed on mobile devices.

Within this scope, Veribilgi acts as the service provider.

The categories of data processed within the app may vary depending on the personnel data that the institution keeps in its database for its own personnel processes and makes available through the app.

• Leave and personnel-process-related data
• Payroll and employment-related information
• Department and similar institutional personnel data
• Technical records

3) Purposes of Processing

Personal data may be processed for displaying personnel data on mobile devices, making it accessible, tracking leave status, providing payroll access, presenting institutional announcements and operating the service securely.

4) User Rights

Under KVKK, you may submit requests through your institution to obtain information about your personal data, request corrections and request deletion where permitted by the applicable legislation.
