Terms of Use

1) Parties and Roles

The Momento PDKS Mobile service is provided jointly by the relevant institution and Veribilgi.

The institution is responsible for its own personnel processes, database content and user authorizations. Veribilgi is responsible for the technical delivery and operation of the app.

2) User and Authorization

The app is designed only for current employees of the institution.

The service may only be used by users authorized by the relevant institution.

3) Service Scope

The app enables personnel data stored in the institution’s database and made available by the institution to be viewed on mobile devices.

In its first version, the app provides employee self-service functions such as profile information, leave status, payroll viewing and announcement tracking.

The institution may narrow or expand the service scope in line with its own operational rules.

4) Account Creation, Password and Access

• There is no in-app account creation. Accounts are created server-side by the institution.
• Login credentials are provided to the user by the institution.

If the user chooses, login credentials can be stored on the device.

Upon the institution’s request or when the relationship with the institution ends, account access may be suspended or closed.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account or access credentials with third parties.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app.
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not overload the service through automation or bots.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
