Technical support, contact channels and support scope for the Momento PDKS Mobile app.

2) Support Workflow

User accounts for Momento PDKS Mobile are not created directly within the app. Accounts are created and managed by the relevant institution.

For this reason, the primary point of contact for user access, authorization, account creation or account closure is the relevant institution.

For technical issues, the institution may forward the request to the Veribilgi technical team when necessary.

3) Scope

  • Unable to log in to the app
  • Unable to view profile and personnel information
  • Unable to view leave information or leave balance
  • Payroll PDF screen not opening or not displaying correctly
  • Announcement screens not working
  • App performance, error or crash issues

Processes such as account creation, user roles, data correction or data deletion are the responsibility of the relevant institution.

The app presents, on mobile devices, the data stored in the institution’s database and made available by the institution; the content and timeliness of that data depend on the institution’s systems.

4) Working Hours and Response Time

  • Working hours: Weekdays 09:00–18:00
  • Average response target: 1–2 business days

5) Information Required for a Support Request

To help speed up your request, please share the following information if possible:

  • Institution name
  • Username or personnel ID
  • Device model and iOS/Android version
  • App version
  • Screenshot of the error
  • Time of the action (date and time)
